Can I cancel or change a ticket I’ve purchased?

A ticket that has been purchased cannot be cancelled or changed. For further details, see the Top Page and the Terms of Use at the bottom of the page.

The screen indicating the completion of my purchase does not show up. I want to confirm that I have purchased tickets.

Please check your ticket purchase history under Purchase History. If the relevant tickets are displayed in your Purchase History, you have successfully completed the purchase of tickets.
Please be patient, however, as your transaction may take around a minute to be reflected in your account.

*An email will be sent to you confirming your purchase. In the event that your purchase shows up in your Purchase History but you have not received an email, there may be a possibility that the email address you have provided is incorrect.

How do I pick up my tickets?

On the date and time of your reservation, please come to the museum’s ticket center. To pick up your tickets, you will need the credit card used to purchase the tickets or another form of valid ID (a passport or other form of identification with which you can prove your identity), so please bring either/both of these with you.

How do I make reservations for 9 or more people?
